Cancellation Policy

Our Commitment We are dedicated to providing you with a high-quality, personalized learning experience to enhance your understanding of trading concepts and strategies. Our sessions are designed to be educational and tailored to your individual learning pace and goals. Booking & Scheduling All one-on-one trading learning sessions must be booked in advance through our designated booking system. Session Availability: Session slots are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email with the date, time, and any necessary preparation materials upon successful booking. Payment Policy Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your session. Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and other payment options as indicated on the payment page. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that circumstances can change. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please adhere to the following guidelines: Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session without any penalty up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. To reschedule, please use the link provided in your confirmation email or contact us directly. Cancellations with Sufficient Notice: Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of the session will receive a full refund. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session time are not eligible for a refund. However, you may have the option to apply the credit to a future session, at our discretion. Instructor Cancellations: In the rare event that we need to cancel a session, you will be notified immediately and offered the choice of a full refund or rescheduling to a new, mutually convenient time. If you fail to attend your scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered forfeited, and no refund or rescheduling will be offered. We will wait for 15 minutes from the scheduled start time before considering it a no-show.
