INTERNATIONAL POLICY.

At Papermates a July Thirty Co. company, we take order security and accuracy seriously. To protect our customers and ensure successful delivery, the following policy applies to all international shipments:

Verification of U.S. Billing with International Shipping:
 

• If an order is placed with a U.S.-based billing address and an international shipping address, it must first go through a verification process.

• This verification process can take 7–14 business days, depending on how quickly we receive responses and confirmation from the customer.

 

Order Approval:
 

• Once we confirm directly with the customer that the order is legitimate, we will proceed with shipment.

• If verification cannot be completed within the timeframe, the order may be delayed or canceled.

International Shipping Timeframe
 

• After verification is complete, orders will be shipped.

• Standard international delivery typically takes 14–20 business days to most countries outside the United States.

• Shipping times may vary depending on the destination country’s customs, postal service, and import regulations.
  
  Customer Responsibility
   

• Customers are responsible for promptly responding to our verification requests to avoid delays.

• Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
